The location on Plymouth and Kingston Bay Offers incredible water views from Plymouth Beach to Bug Light, the Gurnet, Clark's island and the Myles Standish monument in Duxbury. The on-site MBTA train station with service to Boston and the gatra bus service provides excellent public transportation to the property. It is by far the most exciting waterfront property to be developed on the south shore!

 

Phase I: scheduled to begin this Fall, 2016!

Construction of the new Loring Boulevard will serve as a grand entrance to the planned luxury apartment complex and continue through the site to the spectacular waterfront.
